  • General Information
    1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between CASA ORO, [CASA ORO LTD / UIC: 208651538], with registered office and address at zhk. Nadezhda, bl. 272. et. G, fl. 3, ap. 97, Sofia, 1220, operating an online store (hereinafter the “Store”), and every user who uses the website and purchases products through it (hereinafter the “User”).
    1.2. The Store offers men's and women's fashion in an "old money" style; the User may order products through the online store.
    1.3. By using the services and the platform, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Order and Conclusion of Contract
    3.1. The User places an order through the website by selecting product(s), after which they receive an email confirmation that the order has been accepted.
    3.2. The contract between the Store and the User is deemed concluded at the moment the Store sends an email confirming the order.
    3.3. When the User finalizes the order by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, they declare that they accept the terms and are aware of the price and the related costs.

  • Prices and Payment
    4.1. All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
    4.2. The Store may add delivery costs, which are indicated in advance.
    4.3. Methods of payment: credit/debit card, cash on delivery and others announced on the website.

  • Delivery
    5.1. The products are delivered to the address specified by the User. The standard delivery time is 3-5 working days, unless stated otherwise.
    5.2. The Store notifies the User by email about the dispatch and the expected delivery time.

  • Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Claims
    6.1. The User has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
    6.2. The returned goods must be in their original condition, with all labels and packaging. Return costs may be borne by the User, unless otherwise agreed.
    6.3. In case of a defect or non-conformity, the User has the right to file a claim in accordance with the law – the Store undertakes to respond within a reasonable period.

  • Warranties
    7.1. If the products are expressly provided with a warranty, its terms are described on the website or in the accompanying documentation.
    7.2. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery to the User.

  • Personal Data and Privacy
    8.1. The Store collects, processes and stores Users' personal data solely for the purposes of order fulfillment, delivery and ensuring a high level of service.
    8.2. The Privacy Policy and "cookies" policy are published on the website and form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
    8.3. The User has the right to request access to, rectification or deletion of their personal data, as well as to withdraw their consent, where applicable.

  • Intellectual Property
    9.1. All rights to the design, logo, texts and images on the website are owned by the Store and/or its respective licensors.
    9.2. Copying, reproducing or using any content from the website without permission is prohibited.

  • Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
    10.1. The Store reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When you place an order, the Terms and Conditions in force are those published on the website at the time of the order.
    10.2. In case of substantial changes, the User will be informed via the website or by email.

  • Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
    11.1. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with orders shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the competent court shall be the court at the Store's registered address.
    11.2. The applicable law is Bulgarian law and European legislation.
